West Street Developments - Airpoint
We launched their flagship project Airpoint, a major development in Bristol which we helped make famous for its unusual rooftop running track. Airpoint grabbed the headlines, attracting so much media attention that most of the 250 apartments were sold in less than a year. Our work helped the team win the Estates Gazette’s Residential Marketing Campaign of the Year in 2006.
"They are extraordinarily good at listening to what we want to get across and then coming up with a really well thought through strategy of how to do it. Their media campaign was a massive success and they used their experience and relationships to make sure it was headline news in all our target media across the South West. Their work directly generated sales and we are delighted with all the work done by Caroline and her team."
