Spirit was asked to promote Finzels Reach locally and regionally, positioning the scheme as Bristol’s new city quarter and driving sales.

Initially we used our strong media contacts to attract local businesses and journalists to a well-attended launch party.
We have since kept media updated with the latest developments on site through a combination of press releases, site tours, feature placing, interviews and market commentary.
We regularly achieve widespread coverage in local newspapers, business and lifestyle magazines, TV and radio, including double page features and a front cover of the Evening Post.
Guest speaking opportunities and site tours have been organised for local businesses, education and property networking groups and we have brokered relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the city.
Over half of the residential apartments in the first phase have been sold and there is strong interest in the first office building.
